Last week my wife and I brought our 2005 Cadillac Deville in for service and left with a 2011 DTS. I just wanted to share a little of our experience with you.

Brian Radcliffe met us in the car lot and asked if he could show us anything. We explained to him that we were getting service work done and we were just looking around while waiting. One thing led to another and Brian ended up with a sale.

We have purchased many cars over the years and I must say that this was by far our most pleasant experience. Brian did an excellent job of selling us the car without being pushy and arrogant like many used or new car [salesmen] that we have dealt with in the past. He spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and didn’t make us feel like we were keeping him from going out to make another sale. He worked with your finance people to make sure that we got the lowest interest rate available to us.

After we purchased the car he spent time helping us learn what accessories were on the car and how they worked. The car was so new on your lot that the final detailing had not been completed and we are going to set up a time to bring it back in to have this done at our convenience.

It was the little things that Capitol Cadillac did that also impressed us like filling the tank with gas before we left, letting us keep the car overnight while we were making up our minds, calling our insurance company to change over our insurance for us and having all the necessary paperwork in order and ready to sign before we arrived the next day.

From the time that we brought our old car in for service and spoke to Donna and Milt, to your receptionist in the front office that offered us coffee and bagels, your finance people that worked with us and to Brian our salesman our overall experience was outstanding. We will be back when it is time to look for another car.
